What is KHDA actually telling me about a Dubai school or nursery?

For a nursery, ask to see the current KHDA permit. The school-style rating does not apply there. For a school, read the latest report for the branch you would actually attend. Groups run several sites, and the rating does not travel with the logo. Look at what the inspectors said about care and leadership, then ask the campus how they staff the hour you care about: drop-off, nap, or pickup.

Abu Dhabi private schools sit under ADEK, not KHDA. A parent moving from Dubai Marina to Yas Island is changing regulator as well as postcode. Say that out loud before you compare two PDFs with different letterheads.
