Who issues a birth certificate in Abu Dhabi?
The Department of Health issues the Abu Dhabi birth certificate, not DHA. A Dubai checklist will send you to the wrong building. Check the official notice.
If the baby was born in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain, the certificate comes through the Department of Health. Take both parents’ passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and the marriage certificate, attested and translated when it is not in Arabic. Parents usually aim to collect it inside 30 days. Confirm that clock on the DoH page for the hospital you actually used.
Vaccines in this emirate are written into Malaffi, not Nabidh. Screenshot the record before you need a nursery place. The visa itself is still a federal ICP application under the sponsoring parent.
A parent guide, not a government notice. Confirm deadlines on the official portal before you book or pay.
