When is it too hot to have a baby outside in the UAE?
From late spring through early autumn, treat midday pavement as off limits. The useful window is early morning and after the ground has given the heat back.
A pram seat sits in a pocket of still air close to a surface that is hotter than the forecast. If you cannot hold your hand on the buckles, the baby should not be in them. Parks are usable at the edges of the day long before they are usable at noon. Malls are a tool, not a failure.
Hydration and shade matter more than a bravery post. For a newborn, the paediatric advice you already have beats a seasonal trend. If the baby is flushed, limp, or refusing feeds in the heat, that is a clinic visit, not a longer walk.
