Abu Dhabi
Yas Island
Abu Dhabi rules and island distances. Birth certificates go through the Department of Health and Malaffi, not a Marina advice thread.
Parents who moved from Dubai keep opening DHA links. On Yas, the birth certificate is DoH, the record is Malaffi, and schools sit with ADEK. Measure clinic distance in evening traffic across the bridges, not in kilometres.

Who issues a birth certificate in Abu Dhabi?
The Department of Health issues the Abu Dhabi birth certificate, not DHA. A Dubai checklist will send you to the wrong building. Check the official notice.
What is KHDA actually telling me about a Dubai school or nursery?
KHDA rates Dubai private schools. It licenses nurseries and does not publish a nursery star rating. The licence is a floor, not the decision.
